My grandma almost always cooked everything from scratch. But let’s face it she didn’t work outside of the home either. Now this Stuffed Chicken Breast recipe certainly could be made form scratch but we want to show you an easy way to prepare a satisfying, delicious meal without taking hours.
Lynn has been busy cooking again and this time she is sharing her Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe with us and there are only three ingredients.

First, you want to heat your oven to 375° F.
Now let’s get started. You are going to start with four chicken breasts and you will want them to be a pretty good size. We are talking about three pounds of meat total. It won’t matter if you don’t come in exact on this, it is just a guideline.
You get to have fun and flatten the chicken breast. This won’t take long at all. If you have a meat mallet use that. If not, a rolling pin will do in a pinch. None of those, read this post for a meat mallet replacement.
Okay that is done and now simply prepare your stuffing according to the directions. It makes sense to use chicken stuffing to go along with the chicken in the dish but really any kind of stuffing will work just fine.
Once the stuffing is prepared just spoon about 2-3 tablespoons on each piece of meat. Now start one of the ends lengthwise and begin rolling it up. You might want to stick a toothpick through it to help hold it together.
Open your can of gravy and pour over the top. Now, if you prefer you can certainly make your own gravy but this recipe is meant to be quick and easy while still tasting great.
Put it in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until your meat thermometer ( I have this one and it works fine.) inserted into the chicken reads 165° F.
This recipe is really very versatile. You can cook it in a crock-pot, oven or skillet. You can use deli sliced chicken breast instead. You might want to even try turkey breast and turkey gravy. If you want to use a homemade stuffing and gravy, it will work great with this recipe too. It makes 4 large servings so it can easily be doubled for a larger crowd and of course leftovers are yummy!
I would recommend the chicken breasts from Zaycon Fresh. They sell for less than most grocers and since you are buying farm direct they often get to you the next day. That is fresh!
