Preheat oven to 375°. Flatten the chicken breast with a meat mallet. (Rolling pin will do in a pinch.) Next, prepare the stuffing according to the package directions. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of prepared stuffing on top of the flattened chicken breast. Starting at one end roll the chicken up over the stuffing. You can add a toothpick to keep it together if necessary. Place rolled chicken breast in a 13 x 9 pan seam side down.
Pour the gravy on top and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done. Your meat thermometer should read 165 degrees.
