Put 8 cups of water in a large saucepan. Bring water to a boil.
Add the pasta of your choice. Cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
Drain pasta, pour into serving bowl with plenty of room and set aside.
Cut the cheese into smaller pieces and add to a saucepan with the milk.
Heat on low to medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning the cheese. It will take about 3 minutes.
(You can also microwave the cheese and milk if you desire.)
Add salt and pepper to taste.
When completely melted pour over the pasta and stir to cover thoroughly.
You may add more milk or cheese to suit your preference.
