Lasagna Roll Ups
Lasagna with a little bit of fun. These lasagna roll ups are so easy to make and usually a big hit. Customize them for your own family. This recipe is for the picky ones. This doesn’t even have canned sauce because the kids know mom will make them the good stuff.

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Mix together all the sauce ingredients and let simmer in a covered sauce pan for 20 minutes. Brown your hamburger. Once the noodles are done and cooled. Lay them out flat on a cutting board or other flat surface. Begin by adding about a tablespoon of hamburger to the top of the noodle, next add sauce and top with cheese. Start at one end of the noodle and roll up. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce into bottom of baking pan about 9 x 13 or whatever you have on hand. Place lasagna rolls on top of sauce in the pan. Continue with each noodle until the pan is full. Top with the rest of the sauce and the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
